Brazilian Hair Extensions Return & Refunds Policy
Thank you for your interest to purchase an item in the online store Brazilian Hair Extensions. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, this is to notify you that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued by Brazilian Hair Extensions. Please see below for more information on our return/refund policy.
RETURNS:
All returns must be returned to the manufactures and supplier of the hair, postmarked within _7__ days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in brand new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Being an online store we at ( Brazilian Hair Extensions ) do not have a warehouse to store products so purchased items are shipped directly from the mfr located in China. Please contact us by email for the shipment supplier/mfr contact info if not currently available in your package.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, place the item(s)securely in their original packaging and include your proof of purchase, contact info, and mail with your return to the address to the supplier/manufacturer:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return charges to the mfr. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping return label enclosed with your package from the mfr. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
REFUNDS:
No refunds will be issued on purchased items from Brazilian Hair Extensions. All sales are final.
EXCEPTIONS:
The following items cannot be returned to the supplier/mfr: Worn, damaged, or Used.
For defective or damaged products, please contact mfr at the customer service number to arrange a refund for your purchase or exchange.
Please Note:
- All purchased items from Brazilian hair Extensions are FINAL SALE and refunds cannot be issued so please make sure that your purchased hair options have the right length, density, and color before ordering.
- Item if necessary must be returned in original package to the supplier/mfr.
